Kara Adair
I graduated from Plano Senior High in 1981. Then I attended Tarleton State University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Sciences in 1986. After that I attended Texas A&M where I received a Masters of Science in Veterinary Physiology in 1988.

I began teaching at Woodland in 2008. This will be my 13th year of teaching Science. This year I will also be teaching Social Studies. I have been with the district for 12 years.
Prior to teaching I was a medical sales representative, a pharmaceutical representative and a stay at home mom.
I married my husband Kelley in 1989. He currently operates Farmers Milling Company of Graham. My oldest daughter Katie who is 27 received a BS from Wakeforest in North Carolina, a Master’s from the University of Pittsburgh and now, she is working on her Doctorate from Baylor. My second daughter Kristen who is 24 received a BS at UNT and majored in Design Management. She is currently working her way up at Enterprise Rental Cars. My third daughter, Kamryn who is 20, is enrolled at TWU. And lastly, my son, Kyle is a senior at Graham High School. I love horses and dogs!
